DESIGN EDGE CONCRETE PRODUCTS Pvt Ltd, was established in 2014 as a private limited company at Cheruthuruthy, Trissur. We are one of the pioneers in this business in Kerala and M/s DESIGNEDGE CONCRETE PRODUCTS PVT LTD is an approved vendor in all public sector companies and consultants like HPCL, KITCO, INKEL, CPWD, NHAI, Kerala PWD, CWC, RAILWAYS and Cochin Port trust etc.

Mr. Sabeen Purushothaman

Mananging Director

Sabeen is a Civil Engineering graduate with a post-graduation in advanced construction management from NICMAR. With over 15 years of experience in construction, Sabeen is instrumental in propelling Design Edge to new heights.

Director

Lakshmy is also a Civil Engineering graduate who looks after the marketing and financial aspects.

Mr. Dilish

Manager

Dilish looks after the day to-day operations and commercial requirements of the manufacturing plant. He has dedicated workforce under him and their whole hearted workmanship helps in the smooth running of the organization and fulfill the commitments to the customers.

Manufacturing Plants

15L Columbia Plant The company holds 600 lakhs worth fully automated manufacturing plant at Shornur, Kerala with a production capacity to cater around 10000Sq. M area per month. The plant comprises of one 15 L Columbia machines imported from USA through Columbia Pakona (Mumbai). The raw material handling, mixing and conveying is carried out from an automatic Mixing & Batching plant of MACONS with a batching capacity of around 96 Cu. M concrete per shift. All the processes are undertaken with utmost quality and care.

Designer Paver Plant A fully equipped designer paver plant exclusively for production of reflective type paver blocks has been set up to meet the varying market requirements. Superior quality in the products and a capacity to cater to around 5000sq.m. area per month in limited variety patterns are the highlight in the sector.

Shot Blasting Machine A shot blasting machine which is fully automated and is capable of delivering 300 Sq.m per shift to cater to the premium products clientele in the region.

Quality Assurance & Quality control Our in house laboratory is fully equipped with all instruments to meet the quality of our products. A dedicated QA/ QC engineer takes random samples from each load and test are carried out in accordance with IS 15658: 2006. In addition, we regularly carry out third party tests for our finished products.
